Policies

Payment

We invoice our customers for credit card payments via Google Checkout, but also accept major credit cards through Paypal on request. If you'd like to make a purchase using Paypal, simply send us an email with your name, address, telephone contact info, and the item numbers of the pieces you're interested in purchasing, and we'll send you a Paypal invoice.  If you'd like to make a purchase using a check or money order, just send an email to pachuco@pachucoscadavers.com with your contact information and the item number(s) of the glass you're interested in, and we'll send you an invoice and payment instructions.

Shipping

Insured shipping (at cost) via DHL or USPS Priority Mail within the continental United States and USPS Priority or Express Mail for international shipments will be added to each invoice. We're expert packers and can combine shipments in an efficient manner to minimize your cost.  NYS sales tax will be added to the invoice for shipping locations within New York State.

We usually ship out within 24 hours of payment, and you'll receive tracking by email when we do.

Returns

Your satisfaction is our primary concern, and if for any reason, you're not thrilled with your purchase, please let us know via email (pachuco@pachucoscadavers.com) within 72 hours of receipt, and we'll take it back!  Returned items must be received within 7 business days of notification.  Please note that you'll be responsible for 2-way shipping charges unless we've unknowingly misrepresented the piece, and the security sticker we place on every piece of glass must be intact.
